Meet Eric Lundstrom

I’ve seen what becomes possible when a program finds its purpose.

Stage Forward grew from real experience—not theory.

When I began leading the theatre program at Smoky Valley High School in Lindsborg, Kansas, I wasn’t stepping into a finished success story. I was stepping into possibility.

Through a clear vision, intentional leadership, and the shared work of students, families, colleagues, and community partners, the program grew into something far greater than any single production.

I created Stage Forward because I believe every theatre organization—no matter its size, budget, location, or current reality—can move toward something extraordinary.

What Guides the Work

Transformation begins with how we lead.

01

Vision First

Sustainable growth starts with a compelling picture of what could be. Vision gives people direction, meaning, and momentum.

02

People Always

Theatre programs exist to develop people. The production matters, but confidence, leadership, creativity, and belonging are the lasting work.

03

Intentional Action

Ideas become impact through purposeful choices, clear priorities, and consistent action—not through chance.

04

Community Impact

Strong theatre organizations create connection. They invite people in, build shared pride, and become vital parts of their communities.

Experience That Connects Two Worlds

Organizational strategy meets real-world theatre leadership.

Stage Forward brings together the strategic thinking of organizational development, the creative energy of innovation facilitation, and the practical experience of building a theatre program from the inside.

Nearly two decades of experience in learning, organizational development, facilitation, and helping people translate complex ideas into focused action.

How I Show Up

A Thoughtful Partner. A Trusted Guide.

Collaborative

A process built with people, drawing out their knowledge, ideas, and shared ownership.

Strategic
